Wired modem rental: $0.

All wired and wireless cable modem on rental must be returned within 14 days upon cancellation at your own costs.

Service deposit fee will be returned upon cancellation after deducting, if any, applicable outstanding charges from invoices or any other charges.

Self-Installation – During the internet activation process, a third-party installation technician may not enter the customer’s house/building to check the internet signal on the wall jack and has to work from outside the premises due to COVID-19. In any case, customer is required to connect the equipment to the wall by themselves and CanNet will provide instructions remotely via phone/email/online chat. If any customer requires CanNet to send a field support to connect the equipment, an on-site service charge of $100 will be required for each visit. On-site field support is subject to availability.
