Sign up for installation

There is an upfront fee of $29.95 which is charged on the day of sign-up; This fee includes the following:

• Installation by a Bell technician

• Shipping of your modem via Canada Post

• As well as any activation fees

From the day of sign- up to the day of installation we need at least 7 days, as requested by Bell; as it will be a Bell technician who performs installation.

It takes approximately 24-48 hours for your order to be approved by Bell once we have submitted it through their portal.

We will send you a text message confirming your installation time and date once we have received confirmation from Bell.

Bring your own device

For our 50M unlimited FTTN plan we also have the option for the customer to use their own devices. The following devices are supported:

• SmartRG SR505N

• Bell Home Hub 2000

• TP-Link TD-W9970

• Current Technicolor TG588V

To sign-up with your own modem or to verify if your modem is supported please call in and ask our representatives. They will be able to provide you with the adequate information.

Shipping

• We use Canada Post as our primary vendor for all our shipping needs.

• Once your order is confirmed our shipping department will prepare your equipment.

• Once sent it will take approximately 24-48 hours for arrival; depending on where you are situated in Canada.

• The modem will arrive before installation; do not be alarmed.

• When the item is shipped you will be mailed a tracking number.
